Electrical vertical rise and fall of silk screen
Mechanical motion is supervised and controlled by advanced micro computer. Motor-driving print head moves on Germany-import double linear guide rail, printing speed and route can be adjusted at will.
Fixed arm adopts hydraulic buffering, screen frame will not generate any vibration and guarantees optimal repeatability precision. There are X, Y, Z tri-axial micro adjustment together with self-lock device on the printing table, to make contraposition more precise and faster.
Single-ream or double-ream printing, can adjust printing frequency according to user’s demand. Double snap-off design, angle and speed of snap-off can be adjusted, equipped along with X/Y table motion structure; motion-adjusting range is from 0 to 10 mm.
There is secondary inspiration function on the control interface, to guarantee more precise and faster position. Independent printing paper ink absorption button helps faster cleaning of silk screen.
